10. My Name is Nobody (1973)

My Name Is Nobody is a 1973 comedy spaghetti western starring Terence Hill and Henry Fonda and directed by Tonino Valerii. Although this is a clear departure from the more serious westerns Morricone was accustomed to, he shifts to a lighter and more playful tone with tremendous ease.

Only 4 years later, Morricone would compose the official theme for the 1978 FIFA World Cup.
